Owners That Are Involved
Lil Kidz Childcare opened its doors for the little ones in the year 2011. Lil Kidz Childcare is independently owned and operated local businesses in Omaha, Waterloo, and Valley Nebraska. The owners are always engaged in the day-to-day operations of the schools to ensure they are operating in the children’s best interest.
Providing the highest standards of educational excellence at the preschool level we ensure that every student that graduates from our Pre-K program is confident and well equipped to start his or her journey up the educational ladder.
With the most innovative and comprehensive curriculum, we ensure that all students are given the right amount of care, attention, and devotion that is needed for a healthy learning and personality development process.
Brightwheels
At all our centers we use our brightwheels app for everything our daycare does. This app will handle parent communication and billing to the childrens everday activities and lessons. This video will give just a small snapshot into what brightwheels will be bringing to the daycare.

Each teacher knows your child is the most important being in your life. This is exemplified in the teacher’s interaction with the children. Our teachers encourage children to express their thoughts and questions in the ways they’re most comfortable.
We have a caring and passionate pool of staff members that are professionally qualified and highly skilled in every aspect of childcare and are abreast of the latest schooling practices.
Each member of our staff is carefully selected after checking their eligibility for given criteria and the level of childcare expertise and teaching skills they bring with them.
Our classroom teachers are required to have:

Experience in the field of Childcare with Early Education Degree a plus

12 hours of in-service every year.

CPR, First Aid, and Safe With You Certification.
We conduct thorough background checks on each prospective employee before they are hired. Our teachers are employed at Lil Kidz Childcare because of their passion is to provide quality care in a stimulating environment. We maintain a higher than industry-average retention rate for our teachers, with most staff being with us since we opened our doors.
